Following along the lines of Shelter’s DIY books on building, this is a survey of state-of-the-art nomadic vehicles: homes on wheels. Practically every one of the 70 or so rigs shown here is owner-built, as opposed to the ‚off-the-shelf‘ units such as $200,000 Winnebago Sprinter vans, or $600,000 Earthroamers (yes!).
